Providers benefit from a collaborative team of dental and medical professionals, modern clinical resources, and a mission-driven organization committed to improving healthcare access for underserved communities.This is an excellent opportunity for a Pediatric Dentist seeking a rewarding clinical position with a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a supportive work environment.Position Highlights Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM or 10 AM–6 PM; Friday, 9 AM–2 PM or 10 AM–3 PMProvide comprehensive pediatric dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs.Perform a variety of preventive and restorative procedures, including:Composite fillings and other restorative treatmentsPulpotomiesStainless steel crownsSilver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) applicationsExtractions and space maintenancePreventive dental examinations and treatmentsDiagnose and treat pediatric dental conditions, including developmental concerns and dental trauma.Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as appropriate.Educate children and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive dental care.Collaborate with experienced dental assistants, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals.Practice in a supportive, family-centered environment focused on quality care and positive patient experiences.QualificationsDDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program.Active or eligible for an unrestricted Illinois dental license.Board Certification or Board Eligibility preferred, but not required.Valid DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance licenses.Current CPR/BLS certification; PALS preferred.Minimum of 3 years of pediatric dentistry experience preferred.Strong clinical skills in pediatric restorative procedures.Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to treating children and families.
