The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents while ensuring a compassionate and patient-centered approach. The doctor will work independently on their own visa and collaborate with the clinic team to support pediatric consultations and follow-ups.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat common pediatric conditions in infants, children, and adolescentsConduct routine child health check-ups, vaccinations, and growth monitoringManage acute and chronic pediatric illnessesProvide parental counseling on child health, nutrition, and developmentMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulationsRefer patients to specialists when requiredEnsure adherence to DHA/MOHAP clinical guidelines and standardsCoordinate with clinic staff for smooth patient flow and care deliveryRequirementsMBBS + specialization in Pediatrics (MD/DNB or equivalent)Valid DHA / MOH / DOH license or eligibility (as applicable)Minimum 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience preferredMust have own UAE residency visaStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage patient load efficientlyImmediate availability preferredWorking Schedule3 days per week (flexible schedule based on clinic needs and agreement)CompensationCompetitive commission-based or fixed part-time package (to be discussed based on experience and patient load)
