Pediatrician

Role Description This full-time Pediatrician role at Alshablan Medical Group is an on-site position based in Riyadh. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, growth and development assessments, and acute and chronic illness management. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and delivering preventive care such as vaccinations and health education. The Pediatrician will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care, communicate treatment plans, and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements, and engaging with families to provide clear guidance and support in a culturally sensitive manner.Qualifications Clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.Specialized skills in Pediatrics, including management of common childhood conditions and developmental milestones.Experience or training in Neonatology, covering care for newborns, including high-risk and premature infants.Ability to work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution and recognized board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.Valid license to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction, or ability to obtain licensure in Riyadh.Strong communication skills for interacting with children and families, with the ability to provide clear, compassionate explanations.Commitment to patient safety, ethical clinical practice, and continuous professional development.Experience in hospital or clinic-based pediatric practice; prior work in a multidisciplinary medical group is an advantage.Proficiency in electronic medical records and basic computer skills; Arabic and English language skills are beneficial.
