Clinical professionals joining First Response Healthcare work in an environment that values excellence, compassion, and reliability.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatrician role based in Dubai. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, including conducting physical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and managing acute and chronic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prescribing appropriate treatments, monitoring growth and development, administering vaccinations, and providing preventive care and health education to children and families. The Pediatrician will collaborate closely with other physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols, and supporting quality and safety initiatives within the organization.Qualifications Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of pediatric health issues.Demonstrated expertise in Pediatrics, including routine child health care, acute illness management, and developmental assessment.Experience or training in Neonatology, with skills in caring for newborns, including those with special medical needs.Ability to work effectively with Physicians and a multidisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.Medical degree (MD or equivalent), completed pediatric residency, and valid license/registration to practice, or eligibility to obtain one in Dubai.Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or willingness to obtain.Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain medical information clearly to children and families from diverse backgrounds.Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining high standards in patient safety and clinical quality.Previous experience in home healthcare or community-based pediatric care is an advantage.
