Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Banking Contract: Yearly RenewableRole OverviewWe are looking for a Pega CDH Quality Analyst to support a banking client in Dubai.

The role will focus on functional, integration and regression testing of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) customer-engagement use cases and ensuring quality across releases and production.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, integration and regression testing of Pega CDH use cases.Validate decision strategies, eligibility, contact policies, suppression rules, treatments, arbitration and prioritization logic.Test customer attributes, propensity inputs, events and system integrations.Prepare test cases, execute testing and maintain test evidence.Identify, track and validate defects and fixes.Support release assurance and post-production validation.Validate decision outcomes and customer-engagement scenarios against approved business requirements.Requirements4+ years of QA/testing experience with strong Pega CDH / Pega Decisioning exposure.Experience in banking or financial services preferred.Strong understanding of functional, integration and regression testing.Knowledge of Next Best Action, decision strategies and customer engagement.Experience with API/integration testing and SQL/data validation is an advantage.Strong defect management and test documentation skills.Interested candidates can share their updated CV to: Surjith.cm@linnk.com
