قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPensions Governance ConsultantSalary: £55,000–£70,000Location: UK-wide, ideally with access to Leeds or ManchesterWorking pattern: Hybrid and flexibleBWD is recruiting for a pensions consultancy looking to add an experienced pensions professional to its specialist governance and consulting team.This role would suit someone who has already built strong experience across pensions governance, trustee support, scheme secretariat or pension scheme management and now wants to broaden their career into a wider consulting position.You will work closely with trustees, clients and advisers across a varied portfolio of pension schemes, combining governance, consultancy, project work and client management.You will:Provide governance, consultancy and secretariat support to a portfolio of pension scheme clientsBuild strong relationships with trustees, sponsors, advisers and other stakeholdersPrepare agendas, meeting packs, reports and governance documentationAttend and support Trustee and client meetingsMonitor actions, decisions and scheme business plansSupport schemes with governance requirements, including Effective Systems of GovernanceManage and contribute to a variety of pension scheme projectsProduce clear client reports, papers and presentationsSupport the onboarding of new clientsGet involved in new business activity and tendersWork across wider consulting and technical projects within the businessWho we're looking forYou are likely to have at least five years' experience within the pensions industry, with strong exposure to areas such as:pensions governancetrustee supportscheme secretariatpension scheme managementgovernance consultingprofessional trustee supportYou should also have:A strong understanding of occupational pension schemesExperience working directly with clients, trustees or senior stakeholdersGood knowledge of pension scheme governanceStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesConfidence working independently while also contributing to wider client teamsAn interest in developing into a broader pensions consulting roleThis is not a traditional pensions administration position. The role is best suited to someone already working in a governance, trustee-facing, secretariat or consulting environment.Why consider it?
