People & Culture Director

Role Description The People & Culture Director at مكتب فيصل صالح ابا الخيل للاستشارات الهندسية will lead the design and implementation of people-focused strategies that support a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. This part-time, remote role includes overseeing talent management processes, developing policies and practices that align with organizational values, and advising leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. The Director will partner with managers to enhance employee engagement, performance feedback, and professional development programs, while ensuring fair and consistent application of people-related policies. The role also involves leading initiatives in employer branding, onboarding and offboarding practices, and promoting well-being and work-life balance. The Director will use data and feedback to continuously refine people programs and support a respectful, collaborative work environment.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in People & Culture, Human Resources, or Organizational Development, ideally within professional services or engineering/consulting environments.Experience designing and implementing employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.Strong skills in policy development, workforce planning, and change management, with the ability to align people practices with organizational strategy.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, including facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and collaborate across time zones and functions.Understanding of inclusive, non-discriminatory people practices and commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and respect in the workplace.Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR or OD certifications are an advantage.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
