People & Culture Lead

Help us build a workplace where great people can do their best work.Delicut is looking for a hands-on, high-ownership People & Culture Lead to shape our people strategy, strengthen our culture, and build the HR foundations needed to support our continued growth.This is a strategic + operational leadership role. You’ll work closely with Business Heads and leadership while staying close to the day-to-day realities of a fast-moving, distributed workforce.What You'll DoLead end-to-end People & Culture / HR operationsPartner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, performance, and retentionBuild and strengthen talent acquisition and employer brandingLead HRMS implementation, attendance, payroll, WPS, and HR governanceDevelop policies for UAE-based, frontline, partner-deployed, and international teamsDrive employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition, and culture initiativesLead Delicut’s roadmap toward Great Place to Work® Certification by 2027Champion strong employee relations, fair processes, and a positive employee experienceWhat We're Looking For:10+ years of progressive HR / People Operations experience3+ years of hands-on HR experience in the UAEStrong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, and visa processesProven experience implementing an HRMS from the ground upExperience managing multi-site, shift-based, or distributed teamsStrong business partnering and leadership presenceExperience in Food-Tech, F&B, Cloud Kitchens, Logistics, Retail, or high-growth startups is a strong advantageA valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites are mandatoryWhy Delicut:Build - not simply maintain- our People & Culture function as Delicut growsOwn and shape how we attract, develop, engage, and retain our peopleWork with strong visibility and direct impact across the organizationHave the space and autonomy to turn people strategy into meaningful action📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🚗 UAE Driver’s License: MandatoryIf you’re a people leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning people strategy into real operational impact, we’d love to hear from you.
