People & Culture Lead

Pleased to share details of this rare and exceptional opportunity for a People & Culture Lead to join a successful, growing business in Letchworth.This is an integral role, where you’ll be a strategic advisor to Directors & Senior Managers, whilst driving organisational performance. You’ll manage a small team and report into a fantastic CEO.Full of variety and scope, this role will include:Team Leadership and ManagementStrategic PartneringTalent, Capability & Workforce PlanningLeadership Coaching & DevelopmentEmployee Relations & CulturePerformance & RewardChange & Organisational DevelopmentOversight of all Operational HR issues You’ll have at least CIPD Level 5 though CIPD Level 7 is highly preferred, along with experience of using HR databases, coupled with a proactive drive to implement AI and automation. You’ll be data driven, using reporting, data and analytics to support strategic high-level decision making.You’ll have strong coaching skills aimed at upskilling line managers, inspiring and leading the HR team whilst being an ambassador for the company’s culture and values. Experience managing a high-volume recruitment or leading a people function during a significant growth phase is essential, along with a strong background in complex case management and employment law.Overall, this offers an exciting chance to truly make the role your own, with a great salary, flexibility and over time the opportunity to be part of the board.
