People & Culture Manager – Dubai | AED 18K–20K per monthWe are hiring a People & Culture Manager on behalf of our client, a growing organization based in Dubai.This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can operate strategically and operationally — driving people strategy, culture, and talent acquisition while also managing day-to-day HR operations in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR & CultureDevelop and execute people strategies aligned with business goalsLead culture and engagement initiatives across onshore and offshore teamsAdvise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and successionTalent AcquisitionLead full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and structured hiring processesBuild pipelines of top-tier talent and improve candidate experienceEmployee Experience & EngagementDesign engagement programs (e.g. pulse surveys, team building)Manage employee relations and promote inclusion across teamsPerformance & DevelopmentRun performance appraisal cyclesDesign L&D programs aligned with future skills (digital, AI, leadership)Ideal Candidate Profile:8–12 years of HR experience, across strategic and operational areasBachelor’s degree in HR or related field; CIPD or SHRM preferredStrong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR complianceProven success in talent acquisition and culture-buildingExperience with HRIS, ATS, and modern HR tools
