Org. Development / Strategic Advisory: Design and implement OD initiatives, including performance management/evaluation, succession planning, and competency frameworksCulture Development & Policy Compliance: Foster a positive & inclusive culture; Create and Implement Policies in line with best HR PracticesEmployer Branding: Build a strong presence on Social Media Platforms to get higher retention rates, better productivity, and a competitive edge in finding the right candidatesPerformance Evaluation & Management: Drive a robust performance management framework that fosters accountability, continuous feedback, and a culture of growth and excellence. Develop training programs, manage employee career pathways, and acquire best fits for the organization.
