People & Culture Officer / HR Officer

Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary point of contact for employees on HR matters, including contracts, terms & conditions and payroll-related queries.Support end-to-end recruitment, headhunting and onboarding activities.Partner with line managers, Middle Leaders and senior leadership on people-related matters.Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals and employee development activities.Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes and escalation of sensitive cases.Implement HR policies, processes and manager toolkits.Manage employee exit processes in coordination with relevant teams.Track recruitment KPIs, vacancies, headcount and budgets.Develop HR/recruitment dashboards and management reports.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.Support compliance with UAE employment requirements and relevant government processes.Liaise with hiring managers, external recruitment partners and government authorities as required.RequirementsBachelor's degree or relevant graduate-level qualification.Minimum 3 years' HR experience, or at least 2 years' HR Generalist experience within a service-related industry.HR qualification such as CIPD is desirable.Good understanding of UAE employment regulations; knowledge of DGHR law is preferred.Experience handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and performance management.Experience dealing with UAE government bodies and knowledge of relevant immigration/DHA processes is preferred.Strong MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication.Arabic would be an advantage.Strong stakeholder management, organisation, confidentiality and attention to detail.HR Operations | HR Generalist | Employee Relations | Recruitment | Talent Acquisition | Onboarding | Performance Management | UAE Labour Law | HR Policies | Employee Engagement | HR Administration | Stakeholder ManagementHuman Resources | People & Culture | HR Business Partnering | Employee Lifecycle | Disciplinary Procedures | Grievance Handling | Investigations | Probation Management | Performance Appraisal | Headcount Planning | Workforce Planning | Recruitment KPIs | HR Reporting | HR Analytics | HR Dashboard | Payroll Coordination | Offboarding | Government Relations | Immigration | Microsoft Excel | CIPD
