Working together with global People & Culture teams for talent acquisition activities and other parts of the employee lifecycle. Resolving workplace conflicts, addressing grievances, and maintaining harmony between staff and management Assessing skill gaps and organizing onboarding or leadership growth programs. Provide support and guidance for development and implementation of company policies and procedures Assist employees in visa arrangements at embassies Ensure compliance in all People and Culture practices and policies. Keep updated with UAE and KSA labor law Maintain a database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change Liaise with immigration and Labor authorities Submit detailed reports related to visa expenses to the management Ensure the policies are implemented internally Liaise with other departments for the employees’ requirements Office Management Renewing and updating all company-related licenses and agreements prior to their expiry date Send out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licenses and complete surveys, etc., required by the government bodies at the time of license renewals Send out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licenses and complete surveys, etc. required by the government bodies at the time of license renewals Handling paperwork and documentation of the Company Coordinating business setup approvals Government mandates and licensing Submission and processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies in the UAE Purchase office requirements when needed Arrange meetings Ensure the offices are well maintained and secured Liaise with other departments regarding the companies requirements Manage the directorship of the company when needed Requirements High proficiency level of English and Arabic languages is required Experience with Office Management/People & Culture (Human Resources) experience in UAE and KSA Experience handling recruitment processes, as well as other HR-related matters in UAE and KSA Excellent knowledge/experience with local government legislation and local platforms in UAE and KSA Willingness to work from the office at least 3 times per week Benefits Challenging and creative technology environment with a great deal of freedom and responsibility.
