People & Operations Coordinator (hybrid)

About Solved6 Solved6 is a Marketing Department as a Service agency. We give brands a full senior marketing team (strategy, creative, paid media, social media and PR) at the cost of one in-house hire. We work with clients such as BYD and Charles & Keith across the GCC and globally, with offices in Dubai and Los Angeles.The Role You keep the agency running behind the scenes. You own client and team onboarding, our systems, invoicing, payroll inputs and internal communication. You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between sales, delivery and finance.What You’ll DoClient operationsOnboard new clients into ClickUp: set up spaces, lists and workflows, and assign team membersCreate client accounts in Zoho and keep records accuratePrepare and send invoices, track payments and follow up on overdue accountsPeople operationsOnboard new team members: contracts, accounts, tool access and first-week setupManage visa processes for employees: applications, renewals and documentationManage the Slack workspace: channels, members, access and structureCheck hours and calculate monthly salaries for employees and freelancersReporting & communicationPrepare the monthly agency presentation: clients, team, finance and operations overviewAct as the main point of contact for internal operational questions and coordinate between team, clients and managementWhat You BringBased in Dubai (required)Background in finance and operationsHands-on experience with ClickUp and Zoho (Books, Payroll, People or CRM)Fluent English, written and spokenHighly organized and detail-oriented.
