The successful candidate will leverage HRIS expertise and analytical capabilities to support strategic HR decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance workforce performance within a dynamic BPO environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead People Analytics activities, including workforce reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring.Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.Analyze workforce trends and translate data into actionable business insights.Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems.Partner with HR, Operations, and other stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR reporting processes.Monitor workforce metrics, including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and employee turnover.Supervise and support the team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data.Job RequirementsProven experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a related field.Previous HRIS experience is a must.Previous experience in the BPO industry is a must.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization tools is highly preferred.Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce metrics, and reporting methodologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
