Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner to partner with leaders across multiple departments. You will focus on elevating team performance, identifying and developing talent, and ensuring people initiatives directly support business goals. Your success will be measured by the improved performance and effectiveness of the teams you support. What You'll Be Doing: Serve as a trusted partner to global business leaders, developing a deep understanding of business priorities and translating them into effective people strategies and actions. Partner with and constructively challenge department heads on organisation design, workforce planning, talent, performance and other people decisions. Closely partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to define hiring needs, support assessment processes and improve the quality of hiring decisions for the departments you support. Partner with department heads to develop and track meaningful OKRs that drive business success. Drive performance management, including goal setting, calibration, structured feedback and underperformance management. Drive a high-performance culture through objective evaluation, clear accountability and effective talent decisions. Identify key talent, capability gaps, succession needs and development priorities, and translate them into practical development initiatives. Coach and support managers to strengthen their people leadership and management capabilities. Facilitate organisational change and transformation initiatives and ensure effective stakeholder communication. Identify gaps and take ownership of improving people practices, frameworks and ways of working in an evolving environment. Own the people agenda for assigned departments, working closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and other HR stakeholders. What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, People Partnering or related HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong experience in performance and talent management, with the ability to move beyond process administration into meaningful assessment and development discussions Proven experience partnering with and influencing senior business leaders Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a hands-on approach Able to constructively challenge stakeholders and navigate complex people situations Strong ownership, learning agility and execution mindset Experience in organisation design, organisation effectiveness, talent development or organisational transformation would be advantageous Experience in technology, FinTech or financial services would be advantageous Mitrade is at the cutting edge of FinTech with a team that excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
