Role DescriptionThe People Change Consultant plays a key role in supporting organizations through business transformation, workforce change, and evolving ways of working. This role focuses on the people side of change, helping ensure that organizational initiatives are effectively communicated, understood, adopted, and sustained.You will work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, project teams, and employees to assess the impact of change and develop practical strategies that support successful implementation. The role involves understanding organizational culture, employee needs, stakeholder expectations, and business priorities to create change approaches that are clear, structured, and people-focused.Key responsibilities include supporting change management strategies, conducting stakeholder and impact assessments, developing communication and engagement plans, and identifying potential barriers to successful adoption. You will help translate complex business changes into clear messages and actionable plans that enable employees and stakeholders to understand what is changing, why it matters, and how it may affect their work.The People Change Consultant will contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support activities designed to strengthen organizational readiness. You may facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, feedback sessions, and other engagement activities to encourage collaboration and participation throughout the change process.You will partner with cross-functional teams to align people-related activities with wider business objectives. This includes supporting leadership teams with change communication, identifying areas where additional support may be required, and helping develop practical solutions to improve employee adoption and transition.The role also involves monitoring the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives. You will gather feedback, review engagement and adoption outcomes, identify emerging challenges, and recommend adjustments where necessary. A strong ability to analyze information and understand different perspectives will be important when supporting complex organizational environments.You will contribute to the development of change frameworks, tools, templates, and best practices that can support consistent and effective change delivery. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and practical execution, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.Success in this position requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities. You should be comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and navigating changing priorities while maintaining a professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Management, or a related field.Strong understanding of organizational change, people transformation, employee engagement, and business transformation principles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.Ability to understand different organizational perspectives and work collaboratively with teams across multiple functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and recommend practical solutions.Ability to conduct stakeholder assessments and evaluate the potential people impact of organizational initiatives.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities effectively.Confidence in facilitating discussions, workshops, meetings, and engagement activities.Ability to develop clear communication materials, presentations, and change-related documentation.Strong attention to detail while maintaining an understanding of broader business objectives.Comfortable working in dynamic environments where priorities and requirements may evolve.Ability to handle sensitive workplace matters professionally and maintain appropriate confidentiality.A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Familiarity with change management methodologies, organizational development practices, or people transformation frameworks is an advantage.Professional certifications related to change management, organizational development, project management, or human resources are considered beneficial.Strong proficiency in common business and collaboration tools used for presentations, communication, documentation, and project coordination.A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach with the ability to support positive outcomes during periods of organizational change.
