People Science Consultant

We are currently looking for a People Science Consultant to work remotely with our biggest global customer in the UK.In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, helping customers design effective listening strategies, interpret employee feedback, and drive organisational change through actionable insights.The ideal candidate will have a background in any of the below:Organisational PsychologyEmployee Experience ConsultingPeople AnalyticsHR TransformationOrganisational DevelopmentWorkforce StrategyChange ManagementPreferred ExperienceExperience in leading employee listening or engagement programmesExperience advising C- Suite such as CEO, CHROs and senior HR leadersExperience facilitating executive workshopsExperience delivering enterprise consulting engagementsExperience presenting insights and recommendations to executive audiencesExperience connecting employee experience outcomes to business outcomesIn this role, there are some core areas of delivery to consider:Design of Employee Listening StrategiesPeople Science & Survey Methodology (Viva Glint)Executive Insight ConsultingViva Glint experience (Or equivalent/comparable experience)If you are aligned with the above points and are interested in joining a leading OEM to take part in the transformation their HR/People Science strategies, please apply!
