Job Responsibilities: What will you do:Design, develop, and modify PeopleSoft custom objects using Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher, PS Queries and SQR.Prepare functional specifications, use cases, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and PeopleSoft standard functionality.Provide user support, issue analysis, and resolution for finance application incidents and service requests.Analyse functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Troubleshoot application, batch, interface, and reporting issues.Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, post-go-live support, and defect resolution.Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or relevant work experienceMinimum 3-5 years of hands-on technical and functional experience supporting Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM.Hands-on experience in at least two or more PeopleSoft Financials modules - GL, AP, Purchasing, AR, Billing, Asset Management.Experience supporting application enhancements, maintenance, and production support.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
