As we enter our next phase of growth, we're building a disciplined, scalable customer acquisition engine for the Singapore market.The RoleWe're looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and growth experimentation for our Singapore market. This is a performance and growth mandate — not a brand, social media or content role.You'll turn marketing spend into measurable business outcomes, from impressions and clicks through to account opening, funding, AUM and lifetime value. You're equally comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, analysing a conversion funnel, briefing creative tests, and discussing acquisition economics with senior management.What you'll doOwn paid acquisition across Meta, Google Search/Display/Performance Max, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and retargeting — from planning through optimisationOwn the full funnel: Impression → Click → Lead → Sign-up → KYC → Account Opened → Funded Client → Repeat Funding → AUMManage CAC, cost per funded client, LTV:CAC and payback period, with cohort-level analysis by funded AUMRun a structured growth experimentation programme across audiences, messaging, creative, landing pages and channel mixBrief and test performance-driven creative, and manage creative fatigue and refresh cyclesPartner with Product and Technology on landing page and conversion optimisationBuild dashboards and attribution frameworks, and deliver weekly reporting that explains not just what happened, but why — and what's nextBuild insight into Singapore's mass-affluent and affluent investor segments to sharpen targeting and messagingWhat we're looking forApproximately 4–7 years in performance marketing, growth marketing or digital acquisition, with hands-on experience managing meaningful ad budgetsDeep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google AdsStrong grasp of digital acquisition funnels, attribution, conversion tracking and A/B testingA track record of improving CAC or other acquisition economicsStrong numerical and analytical skills — comfortable turning data into clear commercial recommendationsComfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environmentNice to haveExperience in fintech, wealth management, investment platforms, brokerages, digital banking, insurance or other financial services (or e-commerce / subscription businesses)Experience marketing into the Singapore consumer marketBackground in a performance marketing agency before moving in-houseFamiliarity with SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude or HubSpotWhy join ArkiYou'll join at an important stage of Arki's growth, with real ownership over how we approach customer acquisition, experimentation and growth — working closely with senior management, with direct visibility into the commercial impact of your work.
