We want someone who has personally built recruitment desks, billed successfully and developed junior recruiters.You'll initially be responsible for taking 5 ambitious junior hires and developing them into high-performing technology recruiters across:AI | Data | Cybersecurity | Cloud | Software EngineeringFocus on markets across the UAE, Europe and USA.You'll be responsible for:Building and delivering the recruitment academyTraining and coaching junior recruitersDeveloping recruitment, BD and technology skillsSetting and managing performance KPIsBuilding a high-performance recruitment cultureDriving the cohort towards AED 600k+ revenue in the first 6 monthsBuilding a scalable model for future recruitment cohortsWe're looking for:7+ years recruitment experienceStrong technology recruitment backgroundProven billing/commercial track recordExperience managing and developing recruitersStrong coaching and leadership skillsEntrepreneurial and commercially driven mindsetPassion for AI and modern recruitment technologyThis is an opportunity to build something from the ground up and play a key role in SmartChoice's next phase of growth.
