Performance & Operations Coach – QSR

We are looking for a Corporate Performance & Operations Coach with a Restaurant or Operations Manager background in QSR to conduct restaurant audits, train and coach teams, and support improvements in operational performance, food safety, service quality, and people development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct restaurant visits, operational assessments, and audits covering food safety, production, service quality, and people practices.* Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on improvement plans.* Train and coach restaurant teams on operational standards, food safety, customer service, and team development.* Analyze KPIs, including food cost, waste, productivity, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction.* Support new restaurant openings by assessing readiness and coaching teams before and after opening.* Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, food safety standards, and local regulations.* Prepare assessment reports and work with restaurant and operations teams to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Nutrition, Food Science or a related field.* More than 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations as a Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager.* Experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is mandatory.* Hands-on knowledge of restaurant production, food safety, service quality, cost control, and people management.* Experience in operational audits, training, coaching, and performance improvement.* Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.* Good planning, computer, and reporting skills.* Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.* Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required.* HACCP, Food Safety or certification related to ISO 22000 is preferred.* Proficiency in multiple languages, such as Arabic, English, Urdu, or other languages.
