We handle the complete creative, branding,and marketing requirements for our in-housebrands as well as external clients across multiple industries.Our in-housebrands include:GulabGulab GoodnessTrue StoryVaani StudioWomen’s Social CornersGuloriAlong with our internal brands, we also manage 25–30 clients from different industries, creating digital campaigns, advertisements, and social media content.Role Overview:We are looking for a Performance & Growth Analyst to support our performance marketing and marketplace growth efforts. This role is focused on tracking numbers, monitoring performance, and supporting execution, while working closely with the Performance Marketing Team. The role is best suited for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.

Key Responsibilities

Track daily and weekly performance across online marketplaces such as Blinkit,Instamart, D2C website.Maintain and update performance reports for spend, sales, and ROAS. - Support execution of campaigns based on defined plans.Monitor Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.Analyse ad spend, sales, ROAS, keywords, products & city-wise performance.Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting and data tracking. Requirements - Strong comfort with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).Maintain accurate reports using Excel and Google Sheets.Support campaign execution and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills
