Performance and Analytics Manager

Job PurposeWe are looking for an experienced Manager, Performance & Analytics to lead performance management, data analytics, productivity intelligence, and reporting across large-scale infrastructure projects.The role will be responsible for transforming operational and project data into actionable insights that improve productivity, resource utilization, cost and schedule performance, and overall Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide SCCS performance management frameworks, KPIs, and performance measurement standards.Analyze project and operational data to identify productivity gaps, bottlenecks, resource inefficiencies, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.Monitor and analyze productivity across construction activities, work cells, equipment, and workforce utilization.Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, performance reports, and data-driven insights to support management decision-making.Lead Pulse & Wave performance reporting, monitoring project stability, productivity, resource leveling, and execution performance.Integrate and analyze data from project controls, ERP, planning, BIM, equipment, and other operational systems to ensure accurate and reliable performance reporting.Develop productivity benchmarks and analyze actual vs. standard productivity to identify areas for operational improvement.Conduct performance reviews and collaborate with Construction Management, Project Controls, Planning, Equipment, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and IT teams.Establish data validation and reporting governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, advanced analytics, and reporting enhancements.Provide management with actionable recommendations based on trend analysis, forecasting, benchmarking, and operational performance data.Drive a data-driven performance culture across projects and business units.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.9–10 years of relevant experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, project management, performance management, productivity, or analytics.Strong experience in performance analytics, productivity analysis, KPI management, and operational reporting.Strong understanding of construction operations and project performance, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or mega projects.Advanced proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, dashboards, and data analysis tools.Experience with Primavera P6, ERP systems, Oracle Analytics, or similar project and enterprise systems is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of data modeling, trend analysis, forecasting, productivity benchmarking, and KPI architecture.Experience integrating data from multiple systems and translating complex data into actionable business insights.Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Master’s degree is preferred.
