Your role is of key importance, as it lays down the foundation for the entire project.Position: Performance EnginnerExperience: 4-5yearsLocation: Bangalore/Kochi/Pune/Hyd Required Skillset (Must Have):Performance Engineer (OVN): Drives performance validation, system tuning, and resiliency testing using Golang/Java/Python/any programming language with strong monitoring, instrumentation, and DevSecOps capabilities.Leverages Cosmos for simulation and Claude/Cline/Any for GenAI-driven code analysis/PR validation, enabling high-throughput systems through automation, enhanced test coverage, and proactive defect detection.DevOps : Strong capability to independently manage code refreshes and deployments, with a DevSecOps background considered a significant advantage.Tooling: Visa uses in-house tools (e.g., Cosmos) for simulation. While experience with off-the-shelf tools like LoadRunner/Jmeter is welcome, it is not mandatory as they are not used in this environment.TCS Eligibility Criteria:*BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 6 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.*Only Full-Time courses would be considered.*Candidates who have attended TCS interview within 1 month need not apply.Referrals are always welcome!!!
