Position: Performance EngineerExperience: 8+ YearsLocation: MumbaiNotice Period: Immediate to 60 Days PreferredEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Performance Engineer responsible for performance validation, scalability testing, resiliency testing, performance tuning, and root cause analysis of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in performance testing tools, monitoring solutions, cloud platforms, container technologies, and CI/CD practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, endurance, scalability, and resiliency tests.Create workload models and performance test strategies based on business requirements.Identify, generate, and manage dynamic test data for performance testing and regression execution.Analyze application, infrastructure, and database performance bottlenecks.Perform root cause analysis and provide tuning recommendations.Conduct failover, recovery, and resiliency testing across distributed systems.Monitor application and infrastructure performance using APM tools.Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to resolve performance issues.Report test execution status, KPIs, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
