Evos · New York preferred, remote considered for the right candidate · Full-time comp: $110–$200K base, depending on experience and location. 0.1-0.4% equity.About EvosEvos reached a $1M run rate five weeks after launching, selling to small and mid-sized businesses in legacy industries, among the hardest markets to sell software into. Roughly 3% of startups reach $1M inside a year at all. Our initial traction puts us among the fastest-growing companies in history, and we have no intention of slowing down. Our thesis is simple. Software is becoming the execution layer, not a system of record, and not a tool that waits to be prompted. Legacy sectors account for more than half of global GDP, and the software sold into them has always had the same ceiling: someone still has to manage it, instruct it or prompt it. Evos is changing that.We codify the expertise of a company's best operators, connect to their tech stack, and deploy Evos operators that execute the same way those people do. Evos takes over full job roles in complex businesses and executes, so they don't have to. In these industries, the knowledge that keeps a company running walks out the door when its best people leave. Evos makes it permanent. Our mission is to change how work gets done in the industries that move the world. If you want a say in what that future looks like, Evos is the right place to be.Why work at EvosYou work on the execution layer itself. Evos is the engine doing real work inside critical industries — among the first to codify and productize human expertise itself. Your job is keeping that engine running and making it better, every week it's live. You're building something foundationally novel. You could drive real GDP impact. You're in charge of real performance in production, and as evals scale, that performance is what moves the needle inside industries that make up more than half of global GDP.The roleEvos operators build, configure and deploy themselves, your job starts the moment one goes live and takes over an entire function inside a customer's business. That operator is driving real operations and revenue, and your job is to keep it doing so. You work with our customers and our AEs, turning what you hear into better performance and larger impact. What you'll ownOperator success. The through line of the role — ensure Evos operators are genuinely running their functions and delivering the outcomes the customer signed up for.Performance & uptime. Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems. The operator is doing real operational work.Performance optimization. Continuously find and expedite improvements: where an operator can handle more, respond faster, or decide more accurately, you make it happen.Integration health & expansion. Keep each customer's integrations (ERP, TMS, WMS, CRM, telematics) healthy, and build additional integrations as their needs grow.Model health. Monitor the health of each customer's models — including their per-customer fine-tuned SLM, and catch drift or degradation before it reaches the customer.Customer feedback & additions. Implement what the customers team asks for: new behaviors, new capabilities, and refinements to how the operator decides and acts.Informatics. Understand what information is the most valuable to show and how we can maximize our data processing, to be the most clear and outcome centric for our customers. The technical environment200+ integrations. Live connections into customer ERP, TMS, WMS, CRM, telematics, ticketing, procurement and finance systems.Eval, monitoring & guardrails. A daily evaluation engine, an audit agent across every live operator, and cost, rate and approval guardrails you'll monitor and tune.Data utilization. Learning what customers want to see and how they want to see it, and making sure the product reflects it.Production Observability. Build maintain and monitor observability systems we have in place. Allowing you to catch and debug any live operator issues, before they reach the customer.Core stack: TypeScript, Python, React, React Router, Sentry, Tailwind, Convex, Clerk Auth, InngestWho you areMust have:You've shipped and maintained TypeScript in production — you can debug a live incident in code you didn't write. You've owned production observability — error tracking, alerting, and debugging from logs and traces. You've deployed and operated serverless or managed-runtime systems in production.Commercial Understanding. You can sit with our AE’s and VP of Ops, understand their use case for the product, and translate what you hear into system changes. You don't wait for a spec. You've worked forward-deployed before — solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or customer-success engineering — and you're not a pure SRE.High Agency. You extremely hungry too act, not waiting to be told what to do or for approval, you see a problem you fix it, then come to the team with the solution and how you got there. You use AI to do your job. Fluent with modern LLM and agent tooling, and with what it takes to keep AI systems reliable in production.
