With over 50 years of expertise in both upstream and downstream operations and a workforce of over 850 headcounts, Al Masaood Energy provides advanced petroleum services and supplies throughout the UAE, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Eastern Mediterranean.About Performance Engineer: Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.This role supports cross-functional teams by ensuring process compliance, optimizing service delivery, and enhancing data integrity.Key Responsibility: Track and analyze operational KPIs using ERP and other data sources; generate dashboards and reports to highlight trends and performance gaps.Perform root cause analysis (Pareto, Fishbone, 5 Whys) and support Lean Six Sigma initiatives to drive service and process improvements.Collect and validate field service data, usage records, and manpower reports; ensure data accuracy through regular audits and corrective actions.Collaborate with Operations, HSE, Maintenance, and Quality teams to align on performance standards and ensure compliance with SOPs and contracts.Provide technical support and documentation during internal and external audits.Support training programs by developing materials, monitoring assessments, and tracking competency development.Maintain accurate and up-to-date performance data in the ERP system

Qualifications

Engineering Degree is a must (industrial and Petroleum engineering is preferred)Hands on KPIs experiencePreferred:Tubular Running Services or related field knowledgeSix sigma is preferred
