Performance Insights Specialist CONTRACT Chertsey / Hybrid£312 Day Rate (12 months, possibly longer)We’re supporting a leading global consumer technology brand in hiring a Performance Insights & Reporting Manager to join its European Marketing Centre of Excellence.This is a high-impact role focused on performance analytics, operational reporting, insight validation and continuous improvement across multiple European markets.Key responsibilities:Own and translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and specificationsGovern operational metrics, definitions and calculation logic across marketsValidate AI-generated reports and insights, acting as the final quality gateAnalyse SLA, backlog, throughput, workload, CSAT and web-performance data to identify root causes and actionable insightsLead the reporting enhancement roadmap and executive performance reviewsPartner with operational, analytics, governance and market stakeholdersWhat we’re looking for:3+ years in analytics, performance reporting or BI5+ years’ experience in Project/Programme Management or PMOStrong operational data analysis and root-cause investigation skillsExcellent requirements gathering and business problem-framing capabilityStrong AI/automation literacy and understanding of automated analyticsConfident presenting insights to senior/C-level stakeholdersAdvanced user of JIRA, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint#Hiring #AnalyticsJobs #BusinessIntelligence #PMO #ProjectManagement #DataAnalytics #AI #DigitalCommerce #D2C #SurreyJobs #UKJobs
