Performance Marketer (Immediate Joiner)

Role Description The Performance Marketer (Immediate Joiner) will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display. Day-to-day tasks include managing ad accounts, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. The role also involves collaborating with creative, branding, and tech teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys that support campaign objectives. The Performance Marketer will prepare regular performance reports, run A/B tests, and stay updated on platform best practices and industry trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.QualificationsStrong skills in performance marketing channels such as paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), and display/remarketing.Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign reporting dashboards.Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and funnel analysis to improve campaign outcomes.Ability to collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including targeting, bidding strategies, attribution, and budgeting.Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital advertising are an advantage.Prior experience in an agency or high-growth environment and ability to join immediately or on short notice.
