Performance Marketing Executive

PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVEESMOS Recruitment is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive on behalf of one of our clients in the events industry.The successful candidate will support the delivery and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving audience acquisition, engagement and conversion across paid and organic channels.Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimise paid campaigns across major digital platforms.
• Support SEO and organic growth initiatives.
• Monitor and optimise acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Assist with testing new audiences, channels, messaging and creative approaches.
• Track key performance metrics, including CAC, conversion, retention and ROI.
• Maintain accurate campaign tracking and support performance reporting.
• Analyse campaign results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Work closely with internal teams to support audience acquisition and engagement initiatives.Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in performance, digital, growth or acquisition marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns and digital advertising platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO and organic growth.
• Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, funnels and attribution.
• Experience monitoring and optimising digital campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial and results-driven mindset.
• Experience within the events, exhibitions, entertainment or related industries would be advantageous.
