We work with 40+ D2C brands across beauty, fashion, footwear, jewellery, home and food, and we run Meta, Google, Shopify CRO and AI-generated creative under one roof.📍 Shahpur Jat, New Delhi (in office) ⏳ 3–6 month paid internship, converting to a full-time role based on performanceWhat you'll doPlan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for real D2C brands with real budgetsBreak down winning ads: hooks, angles, formats, and why they convertWrite creative briefs and scripts for UGC, statics and video adsProduce AI videos and images (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, Midjourney and whatever launches next week)Understand how creatives feed audience signals to Meta: how the right hook, product demo or persona helps the algorithm find buyers in broad targetingTrack ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate and hold rate, and turn them into the next round of creative testsResearch competitors in Meta Ad Library and spot trends earlyYou're a fit if youKnow D2C inside out and can tell a good ad from a bad one in 3 secondsUnderstand Meta Ads basics: campaign structure, Advantage+, broad vs interest targeting, pixel/CAPI, creative testingGet why creative is the new targetingHave played with AI video/image tools and can share what you madeCan write punchy hooks and ad copyAre comfortable with numbers and spreadsheetsMove fast, take ownership and don't wait to be toldBonus: you've run ads for your own store/page or a brand, you edit short-form video (CapCut/Premiere), or you know Shopify.What you getHands-on work on 30+ D2C brands from day oneDirect mentorship from the foundersA clear path to a full-time role in 3–6 monthsExposure to the latest AI creative stackStipend: INR 10,000 - 15,000 / Month
