Who we areHesapkurdu is Turkey's leading online banking platform and a trusted technology partner for financial intermediaries. Our mission is to bring simplicity and transparency to personal finance. Every month, millions of people use our platforms to compare and apply for financial products with confidence, in partnership with most of Turkey's major banks.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced performance marketer to own paid acquisition and make it measurably better from the first month. This is not a role where success means briefing an agency, keeping campaigns "healthy", and shipping a weekly report. Paid acquisition here is a business with real unit economics, and our edge comes from measurement quality rather than budget size. You get hands on the account from day zero. You will not inherit a process backlog — you inherit budget, data access, and the expectation that the number moves. You may be an in-house performance lead who wants a bigger surface, an agency operator tired of working through other people's accounts, a growth generalist who codes, or an analyst who moved into acquisition. What you'll doOwn paid acquisition end-to-end for a set of product verticals (credit cards, personal loans, deposits, new-customer journeys): account structure, bidding, budget allocation, keyword and intent coverage, landing-page matching, and the P&L behind all of it.Own the measurement layer as much as the campaigns: what signal we optimize against, how it is segmented, and how we know it is right.Run experiments that end in a decision — campaign structure, bid strategy, intent segmentation, page matching — and kill what doesn't work fast.Query the data yourself. Google Ads, GA4, and our data warehouse are open to you; the analysis you need is one you write, not one you request.Work directly with product, engineering, data, and the commercial team that owns our bank relationships. One funnel connects all of them, and the biggest wins usually sit between two teams.Use AI tools to compress the work: SQL and scripting, bulk creative production, competitor and SERP research, funnel analysis, reporting automation, internal tooling. We're looking for someone whoHas at least 5 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience with real budget ownership.Has operated Google Ads at scale — Search first, plus Performance Max — and can defend their choices on structure, bidding strategy, and match types. Is comfortable in data: SQL, GA4, and advanced Excel.Thinks in CPA, ROAS, conversion value, and contribution — not impressions and clicks.Uses AI tools as a default part of daily work, not a side experiment.Delivers in weeks, not quarters. High ownership, bias to action, no need for a detailed brief to start.Does not need a large team or a formal process to make progress.Has good command of English and Turkish.Strong signalsYou have built your own tooling: scripts, automations, dashboards, agents, or API/GAQL work. You have worked with value-based bidding or custom conversion measurement. You work fluently with LLMs and agentic tools (coding agents included) and you are already testing whatever shipped last month. You have run acquisition where the conversion completes outside your own product. You have fintech, banking, marketplace, or lead-generation experience — categories where a click has a price. You care about the number that moved, not the report that shipped. Why joinHesapkurdu sits at the intersection of consumer finance, banking partnerships, digital acquisition, and AI-enabled execution. The company has strong brand recognition, millions of users, deep bank integrations, and a renewed ambition to become the trusted starting point for smarter financial decisions in Turkey.Paid acquisition is not a support function here — it is one of the two engines of the business. This is a role for someone who wants a large budget, direct access to data and decision-makers, and the freedom to change how the machine works.
