WE’RE HIRING | PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER – LEAD GENERATIONAsset Homes International Properties is looking for a highly technical, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our paid acquisition, tracking, attribution and lead-generation ecosystem.This is not just a campaign-management role, we’re looking for someone who understands the technology behind performance marketing and can turn data into measurable revenue.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns across multiple objectives, funnels and audiencesBuild and manage lead-generation funnels from ad → landing page → CRM → sales conversionAdvanced audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences and funnel-based targetingImplement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Configure and maintain UTM structures, event tracking and conversion trackingTrack lead quality, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, cost per qualified lead and ROAS/ROIBuild accurate attribution and reporting across multiple marketing channelsIntegrate advertising platforms with CRM systems, lead distribution platforms and automation toolsWork with CRM data to track the complete journey from lead generation → qualification → meeting → opportunity → transactionIdentify lead-source performance and optimize campaigns based on actual sales outcomes, not just lead volumeDevelop automated dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Looker Studio / Power BIConduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers and campaign structuresMonitor campaign tracking accuracy, data discrepancies, attribution gaps and duplicate leadsWork closely with the sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality, speed-to-lead and conversion ratesManage significant advertising budgets with a strong focus on scalability and measurable ROITECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED🔹 Meta Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite🔹 Google Ads & Google Ads Editor🔹 GA4 & Google Tag Manager (GTM)🔹 Meta Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI)🔹 Conversion & event tracking🔹 UTM & attribution frameworks🔹 CRM & API integrations🔹 Lead routing & automation🔹 Looker Studio / Power BI🔹 Excel / Google Sheets — advanced reporting & analysis🔹 Landing page & funnel optimization🔹 A/B testing & CRO🔹 Data analysis, dashboards & performance forecasting🔹 Understanding of webhooks, APIs and marketing automation is a strong advantageSalary scale: AED 15,000 - AED 20,000📍 Dubai, UAE🏢 Real Estate Industry Experience Preferred📩 Send your CV to teena@assethomez.com and let’s build a high-performance marketing engine together.
