Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and other relevant platforms.Generate high-quality leads while maintaining an optimal cost per lead (CPL).Manage audience targeting, retargeting, campaign scaling, and A/B testing.Monitor campaign performance, conversion tracking, and ROI.Analyse data and continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing campaigns with business growth objectives.Required Skills & Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.Proven expertise in performance marketing and lead generation.Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.Data-driven approach with a focus on measurable results and ROI.Experience managing advertising budgets and optimising campaign performance.How to Apply: Interested candidates should share their updated CV and work portfolio, including previous campaign results, advertising budgets managed, cost per lead, and conversion metrics.
