The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage campaigns across:Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysisOptimize campaigns regularly for:CTR, CPC, CPA, ROASConversion rate improvementSet up and manage:Conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel)Remarketing and retargeting campaignsAnalyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reportsConduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pagesWork closely with design and content teams for ad creativesManage budgets efficiently and scale profitable campaignsStay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad policies

Required Skills
