Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout iMarketoiMarketo is a full-service digital marketing agency helping businesses in the US grow through performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, social media, CRM automation, and other digital marketing solutions.We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our US-based clients and drive measurable business results.Role OverviewAs a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Google, Facebook & Instagram).The ideal candidate is highly analytical, understands performance marketing beyond simply launching campaigns, and knows how to optimize campaigns based on leads, conversions, CPL, ROAS, and overall business objectives.You will work closely with our account management, creative, content, and marketing teams to develop and continuously improve campaigns for our US clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for US-based clients.Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram as applicable.Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.Perform A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.Work with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.Monitor budgets and ensure effective allocation of advertising spend.Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters, and related tracking requirements.Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports for clients and internal teams.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, attribution, and performance marketing best practices.Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Requirements2–5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing.Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.Experience managing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, audiences, keywords, ad copy, and conversion tracking.Experience with Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into actionable optimization strategies.Experience working with US-based clients or international markets will be strongly preferred.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts independently.Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ownership of campaign performance.PreferredGoogle Ads certification and/or Meta certification.Experience with lead generation for industries such as real estate, legal, healthcare, home services, professional services, or other SMBs.Experience with CRM platforms and lead tracking.Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.What We OfferOpportunity to work with US-based clients across multiple industries.Hands-on exposure to real-world performance marketing campaigns.Opportunity to work across multiple advertising platforms and industries.Growth-oriented environment with opportunities to take ownership of client campaigns.Collaborative team environment involving paid media, SEO, social media, content, creative, web, and CRM teams.ImportantThis is a night-shift position aligned with US business hours.
