Apply & track with Apply EdgeCompany DescriptionUnbound IA is a B2B performance marketing agency built on a simple thesis: the competitive advantage for a media agency in 2026 isn’t headcount. It’s the quality of the autonomous systems you build to run campaigns smarter, faster, and with more precision than manual operations allow. Our clients are midsize and enterprise B2B companies, many in SaaS and financial services, who need sophisticated paid media programs that deliver pipeline, not just leads. We operate with small, senior teams where every person owns their outcomes end-to-end.Salary range: $110,000 - 120,000 USDRole DescriptionWe are hiring a Performance Media Senior Manager to run paid media activation end-to-end across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role: you own the strategy input, the build, the buying, the optimization, and the revenue impact. If you’re used to running campaigns in a big agency where someone else handles the tracking, someone else builds the dashboards, and someone else talks to the client - this isn’t that. Here, you own the full stack. And that’s what makes it interesting.Who you are
- Engineer by temperament. You build systems, automate reporting, and spot data anomalies before the client does.
- AI-forward. You've used AI for bid optimization, creative analysis, audience expansion, or reporting automation — and you bring ideas, not just execution.
- Detail-obsessed. UTMs, conversion tracking, naming conventions, budget pacing — you catch the small errors before they get expensive.
- Fluent in data. Pivot tables, A/B tests, and client-ready explanations of what the numbers mean. What you'll own
- Full-funnel paid media. Every task on the account: planning input, campaign architecture, build and trafficking, audience build, buying, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
- Budget at scale. Steward a double-digit multimillion-dollar annual budget with disciplined pacing and ROAS accountability.
- Channel execution. Google (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit, with StackAdapt and content syndication in the mix.
- Account-based targeting. Run account-based paid social on LinkedIn and Meta — firmographic targeting, matched target-account lists, and CRM-based custom audiences — and deploy Thought Leader, Document, and Conversation Ads for priority accounts.
- Intent-driven activation. Use Demandbase and Bombora intent signals to reach in-market accounts, and build retargeting sequences aligned to buyer-journey stage and buying-committee coverage.
- E-commerce performance. Own ROAS; manage product feeds, shopping campaigns, and conversion-focused account structures.
- Pipeline attribution. Configure offline conversion imports and GCLID/UTM passback into Salesforce and Marketo to optimize toward SQLs, pipeline, and revenue — and help close the login-gated tracking gap.
- Measurement & reporting. Weekly reporting across GA4, Looker, Demandbase, and Power BI; build QA workflows that catch pacing, tracking, and delivery issues before they surface; and turn the data into pipeline and revenue narratives a VP of Marketing values.
- Testing & optimization. Own the testing roadmap — formats, audiences, bidding, creative, landing pages — with decision thresholds set before launch, and analyze creative at the asset level (hook rate, thumbstop, drop-off) to steer refreshes.
- Client partnership. Work in lockstep with the client's paid media team on a weekly cadence. What you bring
- Paid media depth. 6+ years in paid media, including a senior or lead role running large, multi-channel programs.
- A strong e-commerce background — required. Proven ownership of ROAS, online revenue, and purchase-driven campaigns (Shopping/PMax, feeds, funnel optimization) in a DTC or online-sales environment.
- Platform mastery. Hands-on command of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, plus Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- ABM & intent data. Hands-on with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense) and intent data (Bombora Company Surge); firmographic targeting, matched-audience and CRM syncs, and buying-committee strategies.
- CRM & martech fluency. Salesforce and Marketo — lead lifecycle, MQL/SQL definitions, and CRM-to-platform data flows.
- Measurement fluency. GA4, GTM, Looker, and Power BI; conversion-event configuration and attribution in complex, multi-touch funnels.
- Industry fit. B2B SaaS or technology experience; exposure to infrastructure engineering, AEC, CAD, or technical/engineering software audiences is a strong advantage.
- Budget accountability. A track record managing multimillion-dollar budgets with clear revenue outcomes.
- Operating style. A collaborative, client-facing operator who communicates clearly and moves fast.Nice to have
- German-market or multi-language campaign experience.
- Global program management across regions and time zones.
- Conversion-rate optimization and landing-page testing.
- A/B testing experience on LinkedIn and Meta.
- Reverse-IP or account-identification tools for ABM retargeting.Workflow automation for spend alerts, reporting, and data syncs.
