We are hiring for one of our major clients for the below requirementJob Details:Role: Performance Tester - Load RunnerEmployment Type: 1 Year & Extendable Contract, outsourcedWork Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaNotice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days' noticeJob Description:Performance Testing designs develops, and maintains codeless, model-based test automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca to enhance application quality. Responsibilities include creating reusable test components (Modules), executing functional/regression tests for web/mobile applications, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and driving risk-based testing strategies to optimize release frequency and efficiency.Mandatory Skills:Core Expertise: Load Runner/Jmeter/Dynatrace/ GrafanaTechnologies: Experience with PerforWeb, API, and Mobile applications.Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.Key Responsibilities:Deep hands-on experience in LoadRunner / LoadRunner Cloud and end-to-end test architectureExperience in Web and API performance testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, and identifying response time, breakdown, and threshold points for an application or microservicesDefine and drive enterprise performance test strategy, standards, governance aligned to SLA/KPIsDrive capacity planning, performance forecasting, and scalability assessments when applicableA background in performance test framework creation, scripting and execution, and knowledge of performance analysis toolsExperience in non-functional testing-load, volume, stress, and back-outExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to management-level colleaguesDebugging, identifying performance bottlenecks, and can individually drive end-to-end performance testingGood collaboration and stakeholder management skillsIf you are interested and have the above relevant experience, please apply here with your latest resume, and we shall get in touch with you.Thank you!AIQU
