Team members join a growing, innovation-driven organization in the prestige fragrance market.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Perfumer role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Perfumer will design and develop new fragrance concepts, compose and refine formulas, and evaluate scent performance across different products. Daily tasks include sourcing and assessing raw materials, conducting olfactory testing, maintaining detailed formulation records, and collaborating with R&D, marketing, and production teams to align fragrances with brand standards. The role also involves supporting quality control checks, providing technical fragrance guidance for sales and customer service teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and industry regulations.Qualifications Strong Research and Development (R&D) and formulation skills, including experience in fragrance creation and olfactory evaluation.Customer Service and Sales skills to support fragrance presentations, client consultations, and internal stakeholder communication.Quality Control and Personal Care product knowledge to ensure fragrance consistency, safety, and performance across product lines.Proven experience as a perfumer, fragrance specialist, or related role in the perfume or cosmetics industry.Solid understanding of aroma chemicals, essential oils, fragrance families, and market trends in luxury perfumery.Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Relevant education or training in chemistry, cosmetic science, perfumery, or a closely related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
