Air Charter Service is looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive Personal Assistant / Team Coordinator to support our Product Director of Luxury Travel.Working closely with the Product Director, as well as the wider Client Experience and Jetcard teams, you'll play a key role in driving collaboration, ensuring clear communication and helping projects and initiatives progress smoothly across the business.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail, capable of coordinating across multiple teams, managing reporting and keeping priorities on track. As a trusted support to the Product Director and the wider Luxury Travel team, you'll help ensure projects move forward, actions are delivered, and teams remain aligned.Job DescriptionDuties will include but are not limited to: • Provide proactive administrative and diary support to the Product Director – Luxury Travel.• Support the wider Client Experience and Jetcard teams with day-to-day administration and coordination.• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.• Coordinate projects and initiatives across multiple teams and departments.• Prepare reports, presentations, and team updates.• Monitor actions and deadlines to ensure priorities stay on track.• Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational excellence.• Provide flexible administrative support and get involved wherever needed.QualificationsPrevious administration experience is essential. Experience as a PA, Team Coordinator or in a similar support role is desirable but not essentialExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Confident communicating and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience coordinating diaries and meetings - desirableGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A collaborative team player who enjoys getting stuck in and supporting others.
