Personal Assistant / Research AssociateLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly intelligent, resourceful, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with strong research capabilities. This is primarily a research-focused role, rather than a traditional administrative position. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, gathering and analyzing information, preparing reports, and supporting strategic projects across multiple international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct extensive online and offline research on business, investment, market, and strategic topics.Prepare research reports, presentations, summaries, and briefing documents.Gather, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources.Assist with special projects, business development initiatives, and executive assignments.Manage correspondence, schedules, and administrative tasks when required.Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.Coordinate with international contacts, partners, and stakeholders.Support executive decision-making through accurate and timely research.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Research Assistant, or similar role.English must be your first language, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong research and analytical abilities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Professional, proactive, and discreet.Preferred CandidatesCandidates from countries where English is the primary language are strongly preferred.Foreign nationals are encouraged to apply.Must hold a multi-country passport that allows visa-free or simplified travel to Europe and other international destinations.Must be willing and able to travel internationally on short notice.Candidates with their own valid UAE visa will be given preference.SalaryCompetitive salary package based on experience, qualifications, and international travel capability.
