The Personal Assistant will manage daily schedules and calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments, organize travel arrangements, and handle routine correspondence. The role includes providing executive administrative support, preparing documents and reports, maintaining files and records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The Personal Assistant will interact with internal teams and external stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality while supporting leadership with time management and follow-up on key actions.Qualifications Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leadership or management.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional interaction with stakeholders.Effective Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and prioritization of appointments and tasks.Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, record keeping, data entry, and basic office administration.Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendar applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).Strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, with a professional and service-oriented approach.Relevant education in business administration, office management, or a related field; prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is preferred.
