The team is dedicated to delivering thoughtfully curated gifts that turn special moments into lasting impressions.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Pune District. The Personal Assistant will support leadership with daily administrative and personal tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel, and organizing events and vendor interactions related to gifting projects. Responsibilities include handling calls and correspondence, maintaining records, preparing basic documents, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing errands as needed, and helping streamline daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of both personal and business-related activities.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including task coordination, prioritization, and reliable support in day-to-day activities.Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, and internal team members.Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills to organize schedules, reminders, and deadlines for leadership.Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, basic data entry, record keeping, and organizing files.Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.Comfort working in a luxury or customer-facing environment; prior experience in hospitality, events, or gifting is an advantage.Proficiency with common office software and communication tools; ability to learn new digital tools as needed.Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or formal administrative training is preferred.
