Personal Assistant

*Local candidates only as this is an asap hire*We are helping a very busy family find the best personal assistant in NYC! You should be VERY tech saavy – heavy emphasis on being tech saavy. You will be the go to person for tech troubleshooting – you should know Lutron smart home, know how to create a family calendar for everyone, help with iphones, mac user, etc. You will manage the family’s travel agent, home renovations, gift purchasing, reservations, signing the kids up for classes and camps, helping to uber the children to activities as needed, home renovations, managing vendors, updating the house manual and maintenance calendars, walking the dogs if needed, keeping mom in the loop of everything happening, running errands, grocery shopping…no job too big or too small is the mentality that works best with this family! Mom might ask you to get a coffee or might ask you to oversee a huge renovation…the best candidate is happy to help with anything! You should have excellent references and longevity in your roles.
