🌟 We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant – Home and SoulAre you highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to stay one step ahead? We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Founder of Home and Soul with day-to-day business and personal coordination.Your Responsibilities:· Handling emails, messages, calls, and correspondence when required· Following up with suppliers, contractors, clients, and team members· Coordinating meetings, deliveries, appointments, and reservations· Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and basic spreadsheets· Keeping track of deadlines and ensuring important tasks are completed· Assisting with travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries· Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational requirements· Handling confidential information with complete discretion· Assisting with occasional personal and family-related errands or coordination· Researching suppliers, services, products, and information when needed· Comfortable learning and using digital tools, AI platforms, and productivity apps· Being flexible and ready to assist with changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat We’re Looking For:· Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role· Excellent organizational and time-management skills· Strong written and spoken English· Excellent communication and follow-up skills· Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented· High attention to detail· Ability to multitask and prioritize independently· Professional, trustworthy, and discreet· Comfortable working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and digital tools· UAE experience is a plusWhy Join Us?At Home and Soul, no two days are the same.
