Role Description This full-time on-site Personal Assistant role is based in the United Kingdom and supports senior leaders in the daily operation of Church House Hotels. The Personal Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and organize hospitality-related activities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining diaries, preparing documents, managing correspondence, and supporting executive administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and follow-up actions. The role also involves acting as a key communication point, liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and guests, and ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time. The Personal Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks effectively, and provide proactive support to enable smooth hotel operations.Hours: Can vary between 9am-5pm or 10am-3pm. The Hotel is presently out of action taking steps in refurbishment and rebranding. We are looking for an inidividual that is confident in taking a managerial role to ensure smooth runnings and development. Our company also owns land and promotes planning and construction, endeavouring in many construction projects across Milton Keynes. Some of which we are looking to begin in the next year and would be looking for candidate to manage simultaneously to the Hotel. Qualifications Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior stakeholders.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional interaction with guests and colleagues.Proficient Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing changing priorities.Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.Comfort working in a hospitality environment and interacting with diverse guests and team members.Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets).Previous experience in hospitality or office administration is beneficial; a relevant vocational qualification or diploma is an advantage.***CRB check will be required. Salary Expectations: Starting: £26,000 per annum.
