Team members join a company focused on technical excellence and customer satisfaction.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Dwarka. The Personal Assistant will support leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel and appointments. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, emails, and other communications, preparing basic reports and documentation, and maintaining orderly files and records. The role also involves coordinating internal and external meetings, assisting with follow-ups and reminders, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the office. The Personal Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professional behavior, and provide proactive support to help the leadership team stay organized and efficient.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, with experience in supporting leaders or managers in day-to-day operations.Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance abilities, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and task follow-up.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, calendar maintenance, and appointment coordination.Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic office administration.Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Comfort with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn company-specific tools.Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate discretion, and work reliably in an on-site office environment.Prior experience in a similar assistant or administrative role is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in business or administration is an advantage.
