- Professional qualification in Secretarial Practice, Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Secretarial functions
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyOVERVIEWOur Client Leading Private Hospital is seeking a dynamic, highly organized and experienced professional to join as Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Financial Officer. The role will provide high-level secretarial, administrative and coordination support to the GCFO while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and efficiency.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the GCFO
- Manage the GCFO’s schedules, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting minutes
- Maintain confidential records, documents and financial information
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the GCFO
- Handle telephone calls, emails and inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ensure effective office coordination and smooth day-to-day administrative operations
- Coordinate senior management meetings and related correspondence
- Support the GCFO with administrative and coordination requirementsPRE-REQUISITES
- Minimum 3 years of relevant secretarial experience
- Experience supporting senior management / C-suite executives will be an advantage
- Professional qualification in Secretarial Practice, Administration or a related field
- Excellent English communication and correspondence skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent time management, organization and follow-up skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a professional and fast-paced environment
