We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Personal Assistant to the CEO.Our CEO is a high-energy, sales-driven person constantly on the move, closing deals and driving our commercial strategy forward. We need someone who can anticipate needs, support his activity, and ensure their day-to-day operations run flawlessly.Above all, we are looking for someone who is completely hands-on. If you have a "no task is too big or too small" mindset, love to roll up your sleeves, and are always ready to jump in and help out wherever it's needed, this role is for you!What you will be doing:🗓️ Calendar Agenda Management: Seamlessly manage a dynamic and ever-changing agenda, coordinating internal and high-stakes client meetings.✈️ Travel & Logistics: Organize end-to-end travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and securing the best restaurant reservations.🏢 Office & Reception Management: Be the welcoming face of our HQ! You will handle incoming calls, manage packages and deliveries, and ensure the office environment is running smoothly.🗂️ General Support: Whatever the day throws at us, you are ready to handle it, freeing up the CEO to focus 100% on business growth.Who we are looking for:A truly hands-on team player with a service-oriented attitude—you are happy to do whatever it takes to get things done.Bilingual or Multilingual: You are fully comfortable communicating in English and Spanish. Do you speak any other languages?
